The Dash
In July 2006, a short 3-minute movie was launched on the Internet called The Dash. Since then, over 40 million people from around the world have watched it; and over 20,000 a day continue to watch it as a result of people passing it along.
This movie has been more successful than ever imagined by its creator. More importantly, however, it has inspired many, many people to reflect on their lives and ask that all important question, 'Are my priorities where they should be?'
I hope you enjoy this movie and share it with those who are close to you, I did.
This is very inspirational. What will you do with your dash?

“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
- Winston Churchill quotes
To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children...to leave the world a better place...to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.”
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
Craig, your dash is simply breathtaking! More power and success to you. And money too!

'The Dash' holds special meaning for me today. May 16 is the two year anniversary of my mother's passing and I'm thinking about her dash today. I think about her and her dash every single day. Althoughb, It's a bit of a struggle today, because I am really missing her. So I just popped in here to get a 'recharge'. Thanks to Craig, Lynn, V2T and Mary2, I feel uplifted. Keep the positive energy coming everyone - words are powerful, they can build and lift. Have a wonderful day.

Thank you all for your kind comments about me. I am glad to know I am contributing a little to the goodness that's in here.
LisC, I wish I can say "I know how you feel", but I can't. Both of my parents are still living though they're in their twilight years. Their respective dashes are exceptionally worthy of emulation, and I don't think I could have done it any better if it was me walking in their shoes.
This I can say though, that your dash and mine will be made a little sweeter and lighter because our dear departed loved ones will be rallying behind us and giving us that " forward push" we need sometimes as we reflect on their examples. Anyway, this is just my personal belief .
Have an uplifting day everyone.

You are a gem! thank you again, LisC
