Mixed Portraits
I had to go through some of my images over the last couple of weeks, and it was a pleasant experience to revisit some of the images. I had a lot of pleasure creating these images and am very proud of them.

One of the most enigmatic and powerful women in Australia, Ita Buttrose. I really was honoured to meet Ita, and the photographs I took of her were personally very special. The fact that she liked them was wonderful to me. I am a big fan of Ita, her warmth, grace and charm were nicer in real life than I imagined. No wonder Cold Chisel wrote a song about her!
This picture is of Nicolette, a pivotal employee (PA) at a TV station I took some pictures for. I found Nicolette to be fun and gracious, and on one occasion she was asked to do a pre-sit lighting test before the celebrity arrived, and when that was complete, I asked to take a series of pictures of her, which she agreed to, and I loved this shot particularly.
