Wild Horses

I bought the Susan Boyle album for my Mum for Christmas, and have heard the first song on the album called Wild Horses, a song written by Keith Richards and Mick Jagger - I would love to know what they think of it, and of Susan. What a truly amazing song, both lyrically and indeed, what a truly beautiful version from Susan Boyle. A woman who has proved that even in these jaded days of stardom and celebrity fluff, that dreams can come true, I continue to hope and pray that they do.

I have enjoyed watching the emergence of this woman, an unassuming person who dared to dream. What an inspiration to us all. There are so many others who have been such a powerful influence and I pay them all a silent tribute and bid any who may read this who feel that life has missed them, to rise up and fulfil all that is good and beneficial to you and touch the world in the process. You never know how many people you will inspire.

Oh, and a word for the wise. There will be many who will say and do things to discourage you, accept that it is a part of the journey, sometimes the comments however well intentioned and dressed, are wonderful opportunities to strengthen your resolve and be the best person you can be. The world awaits...
