Who needs a friend?

JETSTAR has launched a "take a friend for free" sale, offering discounted airfares to celebrate its fifth year of operation.
Domestic fares start from $24.50, trans-Tasman fares from $84.50 and international fares from $119.50 per passenger.

The fares are one-way for two people, and must be booked by visiting Jetstar’s website.

The sale applies to Jetsaver Light fares across the Jetstar network, which including up to 10 kilograms of carry-on luggage.

The sale started at midnight last night and will finish at midnight on May 11, or until seats sold out.

Jetstar has flown almost 40 million passengers on 300,000 flights.
