The Moon - Up Close and Personal!

These pictures were taken a few minutes ago using the Nikon 1 J1 which retails for $649 AUD and an FT1 adaptor and a Nikon Field Scope. The 2.7x multiplication of the sensor size combined with the Field scope, it makes almost a 5000mm zoom lens and this is what I wanted the other night and couldn't get it! I could tonight!...MIND BLOWING! I am imagining that if I also attached and ST-20 2x it might make a 10,000mm lens!! hmmmm wonder if I can get one of those to try. Thank you Tim for showing me that this was possible. I am amazed.
