V8 Supercar drivers at Westfield Parramatta

Last Thursday night I was asked to cover all 28 V8 Supercar drivers as they attended a meet and greet signing in Westfield Parramatta. Now it needs to be said that I am not a particular fan of this kind of motor sport but I certainly respect the discipline and commitment it takes from these athletes to achieve their dreams. I got to meet them all and got a poster signed for my brother Wayne in Perth who LOVES Craig Lowndes and the other drivers. It was fun. Here are a couple of pickies. It was good to see all the drivers whose names I had only heard about.

One point of interest for me was a bit bizarre but in the first picture the man in blue who has this collection of cars wanted them signed and so he came up to me and said I looked familiar and he deduced that I was the guy off Foxtels Nikon show! I never know who is watching and knows who I am. Anytime I think I fly under the radar I am often reminded the radar is wider than I realise.
