Australia Day 2011

I arose early and went to Parramatta park where the Australia day celebrations have become relatively legendary. It is a big place where families and individuals love to gather and soak up the atmosphere and fun. This year was no exception. It is predicted to be a big day today, but with the humidity already high, I know it is going to be a stinker! I got home at 10:30pm last night and it was 29 degrees celcius, they are expecting 42 degrees celcius today!!! Sitting in my office at 11:30am on Wed 26th January, it is showing 35, so the promised heat wave may not be coming, but the humidity is high. Here are some pics I took earlier.
