Jeans for Genes Media and Gallery launch

Tuesday night was the launch of the Jeans for Genes Day artwork for Auction at the Gallery in the Sofitel Wentworth on Sydney's Phillip street. This is the place for the next 20 days where you can see a collection of masterpieces of unique one-off pieces of art in the form of jeans that were worn and owned by a few celebrities which will be auctioned off at the end of the month in a Black-tie function. I have included a selection of images from last night and also the artworks. I took the pictures for the paintings but did not want to put my name over the image, so you can see them for what they are and appreciate the brilliant talent of those who created them. True mine is in there, but I am but a novice compared to the artistic skill of the people whose work is the real drawcard.
