Through my lens

Over the last couple of weeks, I have not posted very much. I have been so very busy. Apart from covering some great events and trying to find some down time I have met some wonderful people and photographed some amazing things. Thought I would share some here for your viewing pleasure.


a bat eating a mouse, the tail dangles down. I saw this bat eat the skin then the insides and consume the mouse without even flinching. Nature is truly amazing to me.

When we went to Seaworld this summer, we went through a tunnel of water like the one you took a photo of. But instead of turtles, there were sharks. So cool...

Your photo of the bat eating the mouse reminded me very much of something my daughter said after she had taken a video of some insect or another who had - after first paralyzing its victim - then sucked all of its edible insides out while it was still alive. When she was photographing the event, she thought nothing of it. Afterwards, upon viewing it, she thought, "Eewww!"
