This is an interesting practical joke that is rounded off very nicely.

Oh that was really funny!!! Isn't it interesting how people react when they get a fright - some run and scream and then some punch and kick. I think I might be in the collapse or faint category :o) LisC

Thanks for your kind words Craig. It is interesting to hear ourselves described from another person's perspective.
Brought back memories. I think I knew most of the people you mentioned. I haven't heard from our mutual teenage friend for many, many years. I made every effort to stay in touch with him, but sometimes people don't want to be found and I respect that. The last time I physically saw him was 11 years ago. I get an update whenever I can from his Mum, but it has been a long while.
Eden - what a blast from the past!! I still have the photos around somewhere. Wasn't that fun! My happiest teenage days are those when we used to jam at my place, empty Mum's fridge and sit around in our lava lavas working on harmonies and new songs.
I'm pretty sure they were some of Mum's happiest memories too. As she got older and I visited her regularly she used to recall those days. She said she missed us all sitting around with our guitars singing and laughing. She was our number one fan and she was the one who lined up the department store gig for us. She worked there and set it up with the bosses to coincide with one of their Spring promotions.
I remember the charity fashion show. There was a power failure and all our amps and microphones went dead!! We improvised by walking up to the end of the catwalk and finishing our set unplugged and acoustic. We were 'goers' weren't we?? Ha ha!
Nice to hear of our other friends too Craig. Got more to say, but I'll send you an email ok?
